The apartment sleeps 4 people comfortably. The property has a balcony off the lounge which has a view over the lemon groves and mountains.

The new La Finca Golf Course, Algorfa, which plans to host the Spanish Open in the near future, is only a 5 minute drive from the apartment. Other outstanding golf courses such as El Plantio, Bonalba and Alicante Golf are only a 25 minute drive from the apartment. The very popular La Manga Golf and Sports resort is a 35 minute drive. The many championship golf courses and the beautiful blue flag beaches make this an ideal location for beach lovers and golf enthusiasts alike.

All the golf courses offer excellent restaurant facilities, and refreshments are served every day on outside terraces, with beautiful views overlooking the golf course. A small number of shops, bars, restaurants and banks are located in the centre of the town, which is only a few minutes walk from the property. There is a local Sunday market just 5 minutes drive away.

The bustling town of Torrevieja is 15 minutes by car and is an all year round resort. Many bars and restaurants line the promenade offering a wide variety of food to suit everyone. Torrevieja also has a nature park, museums, theatre and a large weekly market. Other attractions to visit are Terra Mitica Theme Park (near Benidorm), Guadalest (located in the mountains near Benidorm), the Old Town of Benidorm and Fortuna Spa Baths (near Orihuela). Alicante has a beautiful Marina and a large range of shops, bars and restaurants.
